Challenges for Prayer
Serbia sees itself as a defender of Europe and the Christian faith against Muslim aggression. But much of the world sees Serbia as an aggressive, war-hungry nation. Pray for healing, and for a transformed Serbian identity.
Pray God will use the tiny evangelical community to inspire change for good!
The Serbian Orthodox Church suppressed other Orthodox Churches that serve ethnic minorities, and pushed for a law that restricts religious freedom. Pray for new life in this ancient Church and for it to support religious freedom.
Pray that many organizations can share Jesus’ love through practical aid to the Serbs war refugees who now live in other lands.
